It possesses 4 modernized production bases with total area covering over 50 hectares that located in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangxi and Hubei, as well as more than 50 branches and offices overseas. It specialized in manufacturing low, medium and high voltage electric apparatus, complete equipment, electrical wire & cable, electric transmission & transformation equipment, as well as explosion proof electric apparatus, meters and instrument, power automation system and so on. Hydropower Project Construction oversea is a new force of business suddenly rises. Project department and professional senior engineers in water resource and hydropower are equipped. Since a project of 2×41MW Vietnam Thai An Hydropower Station -------- the first project signed by a Chinese private enterprise, was undertaken by People Group in October 2007, the actual strength of the group in carrying on this kind of project gradually illuminates. Contract Agreement of Song Quang Hydropower Project in Vietnam was concluded and signed in January 2009. Early in 2010, it won another two bids of hydropower station project in Vietnam with large equipped capacity.
People Electrical Appliance Group has a subsidiary company involving in professional ship building. It located in harbor district of Yueqing Bay with hectare area, covering over 2000 meters of coastline, with totally investment of 2.5 billion RMB and annual output value of 5.2 billion RMB. It owns formidable strength to build highest quality ships to the world. The Group also does ship processing trade around the world. In May 2006, we signed ship-building contracts with Graig Company in Britain for several ships of 34000DWT light-type double-hull bulk carrier. There will be two ships of this kind launched and exported aboard at the first quarter and second quarter in year 2010. |
